Anne Moigis MA, LPC, NCC is an EMDR certified therapist who specializes in anxiety. The majority of her career has focused on helping people increase self awareness and develop skills and coping strategies to improve mood and emotional regulation.

Anne has more than 20 years of counseling experience. She has specialized training in trauma and mindfulness based practices. Anne has taught mindfulness techniques to assist with anxiety, depression and focus both in classroom settings and with individuals.
