Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidenced based, highly researched therapy that has been successfully used to treat people around the world.  EMDR targets the symtoms that connect to past experiences.  Your brain can process and store memories in a healthy manner but sometimes overwhelming memories can get stuck leading to feelings of being "frozen in time."  Unlike talk therapy, which usually focuses on understanding and managing your feelings, EMDR allows the brain to resume its natural healing process by resolving unprocessed traumatic memories.

EMDR intensives are designed for motivated clients that are looking for a quick and effective way to overcome struggles and reduce or eliminate symtoms. There is less time required for scheduling and travel cost.
